Yes. Cashback claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for review or approval. This policy ensures timely validation of transactions and compliance with our program terms.
We strongly recommend submitting your claim as soon as possible after completing your purchase to avoid missing the eligibility window.

Why do I need to click the store link every time?
Cashback tracking works only when you start your purchase through QuikEarn. Each shopping session is new, so you must click the store link again for every purchase.
When will my cashback appear in my account?
Cashback usually appears as Pending within a few hours. It then moves to Tracked and finally Confirmed once the retailer validates the order.
How long does cashback validation take?
Validation time depends on the store and category. It generally takes between 45 to 90 days, depending on return and refund policies.
What should I do if cashback does not track?
If your cashback does not track, please contact our support team within 7 days by sending an email from your registered email address with the subject Missing Cashback Ticket.
Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Order date
- Product name
- Quantity
- Order value / price
- Any additional remarks
Our support team will review your request and follow up with the retailer on your behalf.
How can I withdraw or claim my cashback?
Once cashback is confirmed and you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can redeem it via supported options such as Amazon Gift Cards.
Product not listed — can I still earn cashback?
Possibly. Simply complete your purchase through an approved retailer link and submit a cashback claim through your account.

Why do some product prices on the website differ from the retailer’s website?
Prices are updated periodically; however, retailers may change their prices at any time without prior notice. Because of this, the price displayed on our website may occasionally differ from the price shown on the retailer’s website.
Why is the cashback amount sometimes higher or lower than what was listed?
Cashback amounts may vary based on the final transaction value confirmed by the retailer. The rate displayed on our website represents the standard or promotional cashback percentage available at the time of listing.
If the product price increases on the retailer’s website compared to the price shown on our platform, the cashback amount may increase accordingly. Conversely, if the final purchase price is lower, the cashback amount will decrease proportionately.
Final cashback is calculated based on the actual amount paid (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, coupon not listed on our platform, returns, or cancellations) and is subject to validation by the retailer.
Can I earn cashback on mobile devices?
Yes. You can earn cashback using both the QuikEarn website and mobile app. Make sure cookies and app tracking are enabled.
Does cashback expire?
Cashback may expire if you remain inactive for a long period. Logging into your account periodically ensures your earnings stay active.
How do I join the influencer program?
Every user automatically gets a personal referral link that can be used to invite others.
When do I earn commission?
You earn **10% commission whenever your referred user receives cashback**.
Is there a limit to referrals?
No. You can invite as many people as you want and earn from all of them.
Where can I track my earnings?
Your influencer earnings will appear in your dashboard under Earnings → Influencer earnings.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account by navigating to Profile > Account > Delete Account within the app or website. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

What happens when I delete my account?
When you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed.
- You will lose access to your account and associated data.
Is account deletion permanent?
Yes. Once the deletion process is completed, your account and associated data cannot be restored.
How long does it take to delete my account?
Account deletion requests are typically processed between 30 to 60 days, depending on regulatory and operational requirements.
Will all of my data be deleted?
